October Saturday Seminar: After You Book--Working in Film
Everything that goes into the process of booking a film gig can be daunting. And no one seems to tell you that it begins before you book the job, and that you’re not done when you leave the film set. Aulio Ivan, Dominican SAG-E actor, photographer, and filmmaker, will go over the integral steps when booking a film gig, best practices when on- and offset, and how to advocate for yourself to ensure you are getting the most out of it.

Teacher Bio, Aulio Ivan:
Dominican SAG-E actor, photographer, and filmmaker based in San Diego, CA.
His acting journey started brewing after working as an advertising manager in exhibition and distribution for films with all the major studios for seven years. Beginning his consistent training in 2016 to this date, Aulio introduced himself as an artist by starring, writing, and directing the award-winning short film Swingers, which currently has more than 1.6 million views on YouTube. Since then, Aulio has been working as a performer in national commercials, music videos, live events, theater, and feature films.
His last training experience ended the previous month with Howard Fine Studio. Now, Aulio is expanding his team by signing with the manager Dante Rusciolelli and is considering multiple proposals from Talent Agencies for theatrical representation.
Aulio also excels in web design and portrait and headshot photography for actors, models, and brands with his entrepreneurship Aulio Optic Photography.
